Priority deadline Monday May 1, 2023 5 PM

• A non-refundable $275 license service fee is required to complete the application. The license service fee will go towards the total cost of your housing for the academic year.

PHASE ONE: Apply for Housing

Application Dates

• RETURNING APPLICANTS: Wednesday, March 15th at 10 AM (PDT)

  • Applications Closes: Wednesday March 22nd at 5 PM(PDT)
  • Email Notification of Housing status: Tentatively to be sent Friday March 24th
    • Confirmation emails will include a deadline of when to make service fee payment to solidify your offer for housing.
  • Applications will reopen on May 2nd with a first paid, first served placement on paid waitlist.

• NEW APPLICANTS: Wednesday, April 5th at 10 AM (PDT)

  • Priority Deadline: Tuesday May 1st at 5 PM (PDT)
  • Email Notification of Housing status: Tentatively to be sent out week of May 8th
    • Only completed applications with payment will receive notification.
    • Completed applications recieved after priority deadline will be automatically placed on paid waitlist.

PHASE TWO: The Next Steps

• Roommate Selection: Wed., May 22nd - Fri. June 2nd
  Students who are confirmed for housing at this time will be able to search and select roommates. IMPORTANT: Students who find roommates options outside of the housing portal, will not have them honored.

• Room Selection: Wed., July 5th - Tues. July 11th
  Students will have a timeslot of when to enter during this time period to select a room.

PHASE THREE: Preparing for Move In

• Hall Assignment/Move In Guide email: Tentatively, Monday, July 31st, 5pm (PDT)
• Move In Day: Friday, August 18th - Saturday, August 19th, for All Residents (Check in Appointments schedule to be determined)
• First meal to be served will be August 18th.
• Classes Begin: Tuesday, August 22, 2023
